HBO Developing Baldur’s Gate Series Set After Baldur’s Gate 3 Events
Generally, People are excited about HBO bringing the world of Baldur’s Gate to television, with a new series that picks up where the blockbuster RPG Baldur’s Gate 3 left off. Normally, You would think that adapting a game like this is a big job, but HBO is taking it on, and they got Craig Mazin to lead the show, he is the co-creator of HBO’s The Last of Us. Usually, When someone is a fan of something, they do a good job, and Mazin is a big fan of Dungeons & Dragons and Baldur’s Gate 3.
Obviously, Mazin has spent alot of time playing the game, like nearly 1,000 hours, which is alot, and he thinks the game is brilliant, he also likes the people who made it, like Swen Vincke and his team. Apparently, He plays D&D every week, and has been doing it for 15 years, which shows he really likes it. Mostly, People know Mazin from his work on The Last of Us, but he also did Chernobyl, and some comedy films like Scary Movie and The Hangover.
