I found a fan project that lets you play Heretic 2 on your new PC. A coder named MaxEd built Heretic2R to make the game run way better. Widescreen views are finally here for you to enjoy. This tool rewrites the code so the game feels brand new. I noticed that the movement is much faster than I remember.

Why The Original Stumbled
