What’s New in Curiosity Wakes

I noticed the ocean game got a big new update today. You find sharks with lasers on their heads right now. I think these beams make the water look like a Bond movie. You must watch out because these fish act real smart. This stuff changes the game for me and you. I like how it feels like a big sci-fi story.

New Enemies on the Menu

I see more bad guys swimming around in the deep dark. You will meet ram sharks that hit your boat very hard. The elite archangels hunts you in the deep water. I find that the laser sharks is the scariest of all. You see their lights before they shoot at your face. These new fish makes the game feel much harder.

Deployable Companions

I do not fight by myself anymore because I got robots. You can build a cat turret named Sweetheart to help you. It shoots bullets from far away at the mean fish. I also make many tiny spiderbots to help me win. These swarms of bots bites everything they see. You get a lot of help from these new friends.

Customization & New Systems

I put new clothes on my robot to look very cool. You find more gear to help you survive in the sea. I talked to the space humans at the terminal today. It is a mystery why they want to talk to you. You get to go on new quests in fresh spots. Better performance makes the game run fast for you.

Past Updates at a Glance

I remember when the devs added a fast jet ski. You use the forklift to move big boxes at your base. I make fuel from trash using the new compost thing. There is many new places to go since last year. The team works hard to make the game better for us. You can see how much the game changed since the alpha.
