Thinborne Case Hints Pixel 11 Pro Will Keep Familiar Design
Generally, I am thinking that the new Pixel 11 Pro will have a similar design to the previous model. Obviously, this is based on a case from Thinborne, which is a company from Texas that makes very thin cases. Usually, these cases are made of aramid-fiber and are very durable.
What the Leak Shows
Apparently, the case has a camera cutout that is shaped like the oval bar on the Pixel 10 Pro XL. Naturally, this suggests that the new phone will have a similar camera design. Probably, the phone will also have the same flat sides and rounded corners as the previous model.
Design Details
Clearly, the case is very thin, measuring only 0.9 mm on the back and 0.6 mm on the edges. Additionally, it is MagSafe-compatible and comes with a tempered-glass protector. Evidently, the cutout is not just a hole, but is actually shaped like the camera bar on the current phone.
Google’s Evolutionary Approach
Why Take This With a Grain of Salt?Maybe the “Pixel 11 Pro XL” label on the case is just a placeholder. Possibly, the listing is based on speculation about the supply chain. Usually, accessory makers post tentative listings before any official confirmation from the manufacturer.
Timeline to Official Reveal
Generally, Google announces their new flagships in August. Probably, this year will be no different. Obviously, this means that there are still a few months to go before the official announcement.
Bottom Line
Ultimately, all the signs are pointing to the Pixel 11 Pro having a similar design to the previous model. Likely, it will have the same flat-sided silhouette and oval camera bar, but with some minor refinements. Obviously, we will have to wait until the official announcement to know for sure.
